Senior Adult Ministry
Our
Senior Adults ministry is an important part of our life together.
On the first Tuesday of each month our "Silver Threads" meet for
an informative program and a catered lunch. Our seniors take
monthly day trips (museum, concerts, plays, and points of
interest) and in the winter go to Myrtle Beach for a week for
relaxation and spiritual renewal. Our deacons have organized a
team of volunteers to minister to the special needs of seniors
confined to their homes and or nursing care facilities. |
